Setting up your E-mail signature

An E-mail signature is a fixed closing message at the end of your E-mail which includes a farewell message, the name of the sender and corresponding company data. In Devuta CRM you can make this signature appear under each E-mail if you want to, but you can also set a different signature per user.. or no signature at all if that’s what you want. Most organizations usually have a fixed E-mail signature so all your employees have the same pattern.
