Configuration Editor helps you with setting up your helpdesk name and e-mail so you can send all notifications from a single support.
The configuration Editor also offers you the flexibility to change the maximum size of the files you can upload, the standard module, the maximum tekst length and the maximum amount of records per page in the list view.

 

Configurating your Helpdesk data
